The Six Sigma White Belt Professional Certification Course is designed to enable entire organization in basic problem solving skills. It is suitable for all employees in the organization. The course includes
- Six Sigma Fundamentals – Knowing Six Sigma, History & methodologies and introduction to 7QC Tools.
- Lean Fundamentals – Five principles of Lean, Bottleneck concept & OEE, introduction to Key Lean Tools & 8 deadly wastes
- Lean Six Sigma Roles – Champions & Belts – White, Yellow, Green, Black, Master Black
- DMAIC Methodology – Various phase of DAMIC and typical problem solving tools used at White Belt Level
This expertise enables entire organization towards continual improvement.
The program consists of a set of 21 recorded videos with 5-10 question quizzes following each video. There is a certification exam at the end (3 attempts allowed), after which you can download the certificate.
