Q Ultima offers both Class room and online courses. Different courses and certification in the areas of Six Sigma, Lean, Problem Solving, QMS, EMS, OHSS, Business Excellence and Manufacturing Excellence.

An online course is combination of short videos and quizzes. The videos can be played as many times as and when participant wants. Quizzes ensure that the knowledge is transferred. On completion of course (video + quizzes), certificate is awarded to the candidate.

We divide consulting into two types (1) Strategic Initiatives and (2) Projects Handholding. Former is to understand entire strategic imperative, design program, review milestones and develop agility to understand and adjust to changes.. Latter is specific handhold for success of projects.

We offer on-site as well as on-line management consulting.

On-site is for extended hours – When initiative is at peak of activities our consultants are on-site with the team and do not clock time. This means our one day may extend few hours beyond working hours to ensure that day’s work is done.

On-line cost is on hourly basis – When initiative needs reviews for right direction, team need to update the progress of identified projects, team seeks guidance on specific tool / methodology or an expert opinion is needed on identified solutions / problems; the intervention is needed IMMEDIATELY but not for a complete day. Therefore, the online consulting offered, requires only to schedule specific time of expert of your choice. You pay for an hour when you need only one hour.
