This course is Phase 2 of Six Sigma Green Belt Program and includes topics related to Analyze, Improve and Control. The topics include

1. Analyze – Hypothesis Testing – Test of Means, Test of Variance and Test of Proportions.
2. Improve – 2k Factorial Designs – Setting up design, analyzing design and identifying optimal conditions
3. Control – Control Plan design, control methods, Poka Yoke and Project Transition Plans
